I’m excited to share my latest creation just in time for Valentine’s Day!!! The additional space a slimline card offers, paired with an elegant grayscale palette, I was able to showcase all of the charming characters from the release on one card! I used the following supplies from Scrappy Boy:
💥 Math, Science & History 💥 Unravel the Mystery 💥 Stitched Scalloped Slimline Dies
I used Scrappy Boy’s nesting stitched scallop slimline dies and cut layers in black and white, as well as tucking a metallic layer for extra interest.
I also used a scalloped stitched circle for the sentiment. White embossed hearts on red metallic paper were made in an odd number, just 3, and placed in a triangular fashion so your eyes are drawn to view the entire project.
Use gel pen & acrylic paint pen for added interest
To add a little more flair and tie in the red metallic card, I used a red SHARPIE Creative marker and white gel pen, and coordinating enamel dots to finish off my card.
I just created a fun planner layout using my favorite planner from Sassy Club Stamps, specially designed for those who love using alcohol-based markers and other mediums! 🎨🖌️ If you’re looking for the best planners for decorating, the Sassy Club has a fantastic selection that I highly recommend. They have different styles, but this one is my favorite, it lays flat and the alcohol ink does not bleed through other side of paper.
Spiral Comes in Pink or Blue Laminated Covers
It’s been such a joy to color, ink blend, and experiment, but sometimes I crave a quick and easy layout that still looks like it took hours to create.
Cute Winter Penguin Theme from Stamp Anniething
Thanks to the new stickers from Stamp Anything, I achieved just that! 🐧💖 I noticed there are only four sets left, so if you love what you see, don’t miss out—check it out here: Winter Penguins January Sticker Set. http://www.stampanniething.com
Hello, crafty friends! Today, I’m excited to share a fancy fold card that I created using the adorable Cute Kids Travel stamp set and coordinating outline dies from Scrappy Boy Stamps’ DECEMBER 2024 release.
This set is not only cute, but it’s also packed with versatility! 💨 Check out the set at http://www.scrappyboy.com
There is something for everyone!! ✈️🚂🚗
Distorted on Purpose
Using just one stamp from the set, I created a card celebrating a new car. But this card could be used for so many different occasions, simply update the sentiment. Now you are ready to…..
congratulate a new driver
send love across the miles
document in your journal or travel log
use in planners for travel, vacations, drivers license, renewals, insurance or car payment reminders, just think of lunchbox notes and all the other fun things you can do with these images
If you are not yet familiar with Scrappy Boy papers, they are truly the star of the show on my card today. It is the most LUSCIOUS coordinating paper pack called I Love to Travel. These papers are selected to compliment the images and add the perfect pop of color and whimsy. The paper is such great quality, nice shine and sturdy weight!!! My favorite patterned paper for sure!!!
The fun fold design gives the card a delightful twist and makes it a standout piece for any travel-themed occasion. The measurements are in inches:
White Card Base in inches: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, scored at 1 1/2 and 5 3/4
Dark Patterned Paper – 1 1/4 x 5 1/4
Dark Patterned Paper – 2 1/2 x 5 1/4
Light Patterned Paper – 2 3/4 x 3 1/2
Red – 3 x 3 3/4
Belly Band – 1 inch wide from leftover and folded around to fit and glued to connect
Cover seam with colored and cut image
Use scraps for sentiment and matt with thin border.
Decorate with bling, as desired

As we begin our dive headfirst into 2025 this week, let’s take a moment to celebrate one of the greatest joys of the holiday season: getting the best seat on the couch! You know, that coveted spot where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the chaos of family and friends all around you.
This week, I created a card using some fabulous goodies from December’s Scrappy Boy Stamps’ release!

I’ll Be There For You Couch Mini Album Die – previous release
Celebrate friendship with a handmade card!
This SHAPED card is a whimsical representation of the couch shenanigans we all experience during the holidays. You know what I mean—when you accidentally plop down in someone’s special spot and suddenly become Public Enemy No. 1. 😂 Have you ever been chastised for that? I can’t be the only one!
What I love most about this project is how I mixed and matched products from Scrappy Boy Stamps’ previous releases. I pulled out the I’ll Be There For You Couch Mini Album / Card Die. Have you noticed, Scrappy Boy Stamps’ unique style and size are so consistent, it sometimes feels like their individual releases just beg to be combined!

Couch was die-cut in several layers and ink blended with darker distress ink to create depth and texture. Pro Tip: Cut the main couch in a lighter brown and ink blend over the brown, so your base starts as brown snd you don’t have to build up from plain white card stock. Work smarter, not harder!

Crafting a Memorydex Card Inspired by Wicked: Celebrating Friendship in Unlikely Places
Hello, crafty friends! ✨
This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to experience the blockbuster movie Wicked with some close girlfriends, and let me just say, it was nothing short of magical! 💚🧙♀️ There’s something so heartwarming about the bond between Elphaba and Glinda that really got me thinking about friendship and how it can blossom in the most unexpected places.
Inspired by the themes of the movie, I decided to create a Memorydex card that celebrates these beautiful friendships—those connections that we sometimes overlook. With a little help from my craft stash, I set out to craft something special, and I’m thrilled to share it with you!
Tall Memorydex Card Die – inspired by movie
Supplies Used:
Tall Memorydex Card Die: This die is perfect for creating the base of your card and gives it that unique shape that stands out!
Witches and Wizards 6 x 8 Stamp Set: This fabulous stamp set from Scrappy Boy Stamps is filled with whimsical images from a previous release where I selected and colored up the images in an effort to perfectly capture the essence of the film.
Coordinating Outline Dies: These give a crisp finish to the stamped images, making them pop on your Memorydex card!
Versatile Alphabet Die Set: I used this to create custom sentiments, adding a personal touch to celebrate friendship!
As I crafted, I took a moment to reflect on the messages of friendship found in Wicked. Just like our favorite unlikely duo, we must take chances to truly get to know individuals around us. You never know what kind of beautiful friendship might blossom when you look beyond the surface. It’s a reminder that every relationship holds potential magic if we open ourselves up to it! 🌈
Incorporating vibrant colors and whimsical elements from the stamp set made the card come alive. I can already picture it bringing a smile to someone’s face as a keepsake of our friendship.
Happy crafting, everyone! Let’s keep spreading the magic of friendship in all its forms! 🍀💖
Until next time, may your crafting adventures be as enchanting as a visit to Oz or http://www.scrappyboy.com.
